Headquarters Summer Internship Program:

The Accelerated Leadership Program internship is a selective, full-time, paid program that matches your area of concentration, strengths and interest with a business needat Edward Jones. For 10 weeks you'll have the opportunity for exposure toour unique culture and seasoned leadership team while doing challenging and meaningful work.

Position Overview:

Your internship journey will consist of a challenging and meaningful project in a department and division, such as Branch Development, Finance, Firm Strategy and Planning, Investment Advisory, and Operations. Intern projects have included the following:

Strategy and concept development

Process improvement

Audit, risk, and control

Project management

Leading change

Data insights

At the same time, you will gain broad organizational exposure tolearn how the different business areas interact and have the opportunity to meet and learn from peers, technical experts, and senior leadership to broaden your professional network. Our speaker series offers engagement from senior leadership on topics such as: innovation, culture, career history, among others.
We offer a supportive learning and development environment through offering to improve your core skill set for your internship and beyond. Our mentoring program is a great way to provide insight intothe transition from grad school to the professional workplace. To end your summer, a capstone presentation will be conducted to our senior leadership. This presentation will highlight the work you have done, the connections you have made, and the learning that occurred during your time at Edward Jones.
