In this session, there will be a short presentation that will enable you to learn more about L.E.K., the Associate role, and the career trajectory at our firm. Immediately following the presentation, there will be time to speak with representatives from our firm, which will be a great opportunity to ask questions you have about the upcoming recruiting season and how to better prepare and navigate through the recruiting cycle.

Mosaic@LEK is an affinity group that seeks to attract, recruit, develop, and retain individuals in the L.E.K. community who identify as racial and ethnic minorities.
