We’re inviting first year undergraduate students to meet members of our black and indigenous diversity networks during our two-day virtual leadership summit hosted by the McKinsey Black Network and Indigenousat McKinsey – Up Next!

Over the course of two days, you'll explorethe world of consulting, interact with McKinsey consultants of all tenures to learn about their career journeys, refine your leadership and problem-solving skills, and build connections with your peers through interactive workshops and social events.

We are looking to get to know undergraduate first-years who:
• Want to connect with members of our Black and Indigenous Networks
• Have an outstanding record of academic achievement and plan to graduate in 2026 from a 4-year institution in the U.S.
• Demonstrate strong campus involvement and leadership capabilities
• Actively seek ways to maximize their own potential
• Enjoy problem-solvingand creative thinking
• Thrive when working in teams
