Are you a technologist or designer who wants to use your skills and expertise to make a positive impact?

We invite you to join McKinsey Digital’s 24-hour Hackathon hosted by Build by McKinsey this summer July 15-16! We’re looking for talented university students, recent graduates and early career professionals who are passionate about technology and design. This hackathon offers a unique opportunity forparticipants to work on innovative solutions that can address real-world challenges faced by our NGOs (Non-Government Organizations). We’re also collaborating with our colleagues from Cloud by McKinsey and QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey to bring their expertise in Cloud and AI to help participants experience the breadth and depth of McKinsey’s technology capabilities.

This event will be intense and fast-paced where teams work around the clock to use critical thinking and technical capabilities to help build digital solutions for the chosen NGO. Throughout the event, participants will get the chance to network with each other and current McKinsey experts who specialize in Software Engineering Cloud, Product, Data, and Design and will give you valuable feedback on your solutions. There will also be workshops, a series of fun competitions and talks held by experts intechnology.

At the end of the hackathon, teams will present their final solution before a panel of judges. The winning teams will receive recognition for their efforts along with exciting prizes!
