This session will provide you with a chance to learn about Bank of America’s 2024 Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB) program and the West Coast Financial Sponsors Group.
BofA’s Financial Sponsors Group (“FSG”) operates globally with offices in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney. The Group covers 150+ sponsors, ranging from the mega funds to middle market sponsors; key clients include Hellman & Friedman, Silver Lake, Golden Gate Capital, Thoma Bravo, TPG, Genstar, Clearlake Capital, etc.

Work in a small team environment directly with senior bankers as well as private equity professionals and senior management at portfolio companies. Execute deals as a generalist across all industry verticals and have exposureto all firm products (i.e. Lev Fin, Equity, M&A, etc.). Develop a strong technical skillset relative to modeling, valuation and other financialanalysis, and evaluating strategic alternatives and capital structure options. Drafting all relevant deal offering documents including offering memoranda, prospectuses, rating agency presentations, lender presentations and confidential information memorandums. Tracking and monitoring financial sponsor investments and portfolio companies.
