ROLES & QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Assistant Director of Ambulatory Care Services - Abachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. 3 to 5 years of Ambulatory care experience. Annual Salary: $75,169
+ Supervisor of Nurses - NYS RN license and BLS required BSN preferred. 3 years of Ambulatory and/or primary care nursing experience preferred.
Annual Salary $93,733.
+ Dietitian L. IV - Baccalaureate degree from an accredited collegeor university, with a major in Dietetics or Foods and Nutrition in a program approved by the American Dietetic Association (ADA). Registration by the CDR as a Registered Dietitian or New York State Certification as a Dietitian-Nutritionist.
Annual Salary: $82,086.
+ Staff Nurse - NYS RN license and BLS required. BSN preferred. Ambulatory and/or primary care nursing experience preferred. New grads welcome. Experience differential (1 year - $987 to 10 years - $8,190) Education differential (BSN - $1,800; MSN - $2,000). Uniform allowance and tuition reimbursement per fiscal year(Full-time employees $3500). One-time lump sum retention bonus for first 5 years full-time per annum hours ($2,000 for the first year; Total of $8,250 after 5 years). Annual Salary: $84,744.
+ Social Worker L. III -Valid LCSW issued by NYSED. Annual Salary: $82,086
