The UM Student-Run Free Clinic (UMSRFC) is a free clinic located in Pinckney, MI run by medical students and additional professional health students. The UMSRFC serves uninsured and underinsured adults in Livingston County and surrounding communities.
The Insurance and Referral Counselors (IRCs) are volunteers who are trained to help patients in the clinic apply for Medicaid and additional financial support services. This volunteer experience allows students to interact directly with patients in the clinic and help our patients obtain the financial assistance needed to obtain care.
