MGU is a friendly forum designed to showcase and reward outstanding student research in various aspects of Earth, oceanic, atmospheric, and space sciences, as well as foster interdepartmental dialogue and camaraderie. All faculty, staff, graduate, and undergraduate students are encouraged to attend to learn about the exciting research that is taking place in the UM science community.

MGU 2023 will be held in-person at the Michigan League in the 2nd Floor Ballroom (posters) and Vandenburg Room (talks) on Thursday, April 13th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a lunch break from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. It will include both poster sessions and live presentations! All Michigan faculty, staff, alumni, and students (as well as family and friends!) are welcome to attend.
