Brief abstract:
NRF2 protects tissues from oxidative injury. New topics have been added to this field, including NRF2 regulation of inflammation, metabolism, ageing, neuroprotection, and cancer progression. Historical overview as well as recent progress in the KEAP1-NRF2 study will be discussed.
