Ӣ Discuss historical performance of each asset class
Ӣ Define asset allocation and diversification
Ӣ Create a diversified target asset mix and execute changes
Ӣ Identify the risks of not being diversified

Sherise Steele joined Fidelity as a workplace planning and guidance consultant in 2007. She is also a registered securities representative and licensed insurance representative in the state of Michigan. Sherise received her bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
