More than good vibes

California’s Brett Dennen is songwriter, performer, watercolor artist, and environmental conservationist, and outdoorsman, and the shows he performs and the events he hosts generate more than good vibes. His impact has been to gather like-minded music fans to consistently try to make the world a better place. Brett comes to Michigan with a new song, “This Is Going to Be the Year,” of which he says, “This song is about being brand new again. When something, an idea, or an actual thing, is so new that you don't know what it's going to be like yet. You don't know how far it can go or how great it can be. You can only imagine.” Optimistic stuff from a songwriter who has released seven well-received albums and gained fans all over the country.
