Genentech recruits high-caliber talent from leading universities across the United Statesfor our Summer Associate program, an intensive 12 week opportunity in which you'll enjoy hands-on work within a fast-paced and challenging environment. You'll receive a crucial first-hand business experience that will position you as a valuable team contributor with a head start in the biotechnology industry.

At the end of your internship, you will be required to present your project findings and deliverables to a panel of senior leaders. The Summer Associate program is intended to provide you with a rich experience that encompasses many opportunities to challenge yourself and grow within a dynamic team.
