International students have a lot to offer employers, including cross-cultural skills, diversity, a global perspective, and language skills. However, conducting a job search in the U.S. can be quite challenging. This workshop is designed to give international students the knowledge and resources needed to conduct an effective job search.

Join the ECRC and the International Center and learn the possible differences between your home country and the U.S. with respect to resume writing and interviewing. You will also hear tips on how to find companies who are open to sponsoring visas. Finally, the International Center will provide information regarding various visas available to international students, as well as guidance on how to answer questions related to work authorization.
