Field Service Engineer Overview

· Performs installations, preventative maintenance, and repairs of our complex electro-mechanical equipment
· Requires basic troubleshooting techniques in repairing complex microprocessor-controlled electromechanical systems
· Knowledge in any of the following are beneficial: Wafer fabrication, closed-loop gas systems, vacuum controls, electro-pneumatic controls, microprocessor-basedcontrols, robotics, basic software concepts, toxic and/or flammable gasses and acids
