Professor Thomas will discuss the recent Supreme Court decision on whether, and under what circumstances, people who commit crimes as juveniles can be sentenced to life without parole. She will include the implications for Michigan as well as internationally. Professor Thomas will also be speaking about the Juvenile Justice Clinic of which she is the co-founder.
