Join us to learn more about U.S. Department of State Internship Programs from Lou Fintor, Interim Diplomat in Residence for the North Central Region (MI, IN, OH, KY).

He will first present and then leave plenty of time for questions. If you are interested in pursuing an internship or career with the Department of State, this is not an event to be missed!

Joining the Foreign Service in 2002, Lou Fintor, a U-M alumni and Detroit native, served as U.S. Embassy spokesperson in the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe. As Diplomat in Residence (DIR), Fintor provides information on State Department opportunities to students and professionals located throughout the North Central DIR region, which includes Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Michigan. The Ford School serves as one of 16 regional DIR academic host institutions in the United States.
