Associate Staff Counsel Opportunity
We are hiring!
We're currently hiring for an Associate Staff Counsel role, and we're here to share more on why you should join our robust Claims Litigation department.
We're looking for those that have recently passed the California bar exam and are looking to get their foot in the door with an in-house counsel. We provide extensive training on Worker's Compensation so you can be set up for success in our industry.
This role has a lot to offer:
- Training in Workers' Compensation - if this is an area of law that you're not familiar with, no worries. We have 2 weeks of training that's provided to bring you up to speed.
- A comprehensive benefit package with a competitive starting salary (between $110K-$135K to start).
- Remote work so you can have flexibility in your schedule.
- A lot of opportunity to grow within a fast-moving environment.
- Bestof all, this is an in-house Staff Counsel role that doesn't have billable hours!
During this info session, you will hear from two of our Managing Counsel to learn more about being an Associate Staff Counsel, the training and milestones you can anticipate, and understand more about day-to-day responsibilities.
