Dr. Wilhelm has his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University. He currently is an associate professor of mechanical engineering at Ohio University. He has over 15 years of research level experience with intelligent systems, sensor testing, integration, UAV propulsion, and UAV control experience along with over 40 technical publications and has been involved with ~$12 M in research.
