LSA TS Infrastructure will be performing standard maintenance on the LSA Linux and Windows servers. These servers and services may be temporarily unavailable starting at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 19. All LSA servers are expected to fully return to service by 6:00 p.m., Saturday, October 19.

What are we doing?

We're performing routine maintenance:

• Applying firmware and software updates
• Performing additional hardware and software maintenance
• Testing business continuity plans

What services will be impacted and for how long?

The following services will have intermittent outages between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Saturday, October 19:

• ArcGIS service
• Bomgar screen sharing
• Integrated Publishing Tool (IPT)
• Linux automation and build services (Ansible and Satellite)
• Math Gateway testing servers
• Mi-Portfolio
• Michigan Flora Online
• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Online Purchasing System (OPS)
• OpenShift-based services
• Password management services
• SharePoint services for the college and university
• SQL databases and reporting services
• Visiting Scholars
• WebCheckout (WCO) for LSA, Marsal, and Stamps
• Windows Lifecycle Management System (WLMS)
• Windows Web Application Hosting (WWAH)
