Our Texas Health Graduate Nurse Residency program is designed with you in mind. It’s a comprehensive education and training system to transition newly graduated registered nurses like you from students to nursing professionals. This residency will help you launch your career and gain the experience, skills and confidence to succeed in your nursing career.
