As a Director of Software Engineering at Capital One, Marina is partnering with Small Business Card technical executives and business leaders on building innovative data driven products that empower our customerswith world class payment and spend management tools. In this role, she is leading and growing engineering teams for Business Capabilities and Payments in Boston, MA.

With over 20 years of experience, Marina held engineering leadership roles at Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters), Computershare, Genscape and Linedata where she was recognized for her passion for new technologies. In her last role, as a head of new platform engineering team, Marina led Linedata’s effort in building the first cloudnative real time trading platform, delivering a first Linedata production solution in a public cloud and building innovative continuous integration and delivery processes. Marina has extensive expertise in platform engineering, evolving legacy systems to cloud microservices architecture and leading agile transformations.

Marina holds a Masters degree in Applied Mathematics from Moscow State University of Engineering and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
