A Unique Opportunity
Thrive with Baird is a one-daywomen’s development program. The day will consist of a series of discussions including an overview of Baird’s Global Investment Banking platform and our summer analyst internship opportunities. Attendees will also participate in a professional development session on fostering success and confidence, as well as networking opportunities with Baird Associates.


Competitive candidates will be freshman or sophomores who identify as female seeking their undergraduate degree.
