Enterprise Strategy (ES) is the internal strategy consulting division of American Express. We tackle the most complex and impactful questions facing the company, working directly with C-suite executives to inform the company’s growth strategy. During their time in ES, team members develop consulting and leadership skills, learn the breadth of Amex’sbusiness model, and develop a foundation upon which to grow into future leaders of American Express. We focus on global and high priority strategic questions, partner with Amex C-suite and top company executives, and build future leaders.
