The AWS HRLDP develops high-potential MBA and master’s graduates through its three-year full-time rotational experience that is customized to you based on your goals, interests, and development areas. You will have the opportunity to work across AWS business lines and functional areas in roles including HR Business Partner (HRBP), Builder Experience Team, Talent & Development, Compensation, Employee Relations, WorkforcePlanning & Analytics, and Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E). You will receive functional job training, leadership development workshops, mentorship and sponsorship, and a network of peers, program alumni, and leaders.

The primary pipeline for the AWS HRLDP is our summer internship program. You will have the opportunity to experience AWS HR during a 12 week internship where you will work on challenging projects that directly impact the AWS business. During the internship experience, you are supported by your manager, mentor, sponsor, and broader AWS HRLDP community. You also have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders from across the organization to learn about the different ways you can have impact in AWS HR.
