Join us for an Alum in Residence to talk with Ilana Black about creating your career through experiences that bring you joy. Ilana graduated from LSA in 2012 with a major in Communications and Media, and started her career in transportation logistics, then advertising technology, creative staffing and recruitment consulting. Nowadays she is a Lead Recruiter at Robinhood, where she hires niche financial services professionals across the globe. Originally from San Francisco, she moved to Chicago after graduation and then made her way to Los Angeles where she’s based now.
