Eleanor Hawkins, Communications Strategist & Writer, Axios Communications (Moderator)
Eleanor is a communications strategist and writer at Axios. She authors the weekly Axios Communicators newsletter and covers topics and trends that impact how leaders, brands and employers communicate.
Amanda Miller, Chief Communications Officer, Under Armour
Amanda joined Under Armour in July as the Chief Communications Officer. She has spent the last seven and a half years at PayPal Holdings, Inc. where she was most recently the Vice President of Corporate Affairs. In addition to leading global media relations, her team managed executive earned and owned media strategy as well as public speaking for PayPal’s most senior leaders, including the CEO and CFO. Previously, Amanda spent five years at eBay Inc. and started her career at Nike Communications.
Kayla Conti, Head of Black Media Communications, Google
Kayla is the Head of Black Media Communications for Google’s Global Communications and Public Affairs team. Kayla has managed internal and executive communications for some of Google’s most notable products, including Google Search and Google Maps, advising leaders at the Director, VP and Senior Vice President level. In 2021 she co-founded BlackinGCPA, an employee resource group aimed at cultivating community, providing opportunities for career development and advocating for increased representation for Black communication professionals.
Toya Holness, VP, Communications Business Lead, Activision Blizzard
Toya serves as VP of Communicationsat Activision Blizzard and is also an adjunct faculty member at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. She has held a variety of communications roles in government, sports, entertainment, and fashion, including positions at Archewell, the New York City Department of Education, Endeavor, and the Los Angeles Clippers.
