Raytheon: Electrical Directorate Information Session

The Electrical Directorate within Raytheon, an RTX business,will be hosting a virtual information session on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 13 at 1:00 p.m. CST. This will provide an opportunity to learn more about the type of work they do, the current opportunities available and to ask questions directly with the hiring Managers.


The Electrical Directorate is responsible for the guidance, navigation, signal processing, target detection and tracking system functions of the electrical subsystems used in our products. Job responsibilities of this role vary but include activities such as:

• Troubleshooting electronics in a lab or production environment,
• Performing system and circuit level analysis,
• Subsystem integration and test,
• Supporting failure investigations,
•Maintaining, and creating documentation,
• Interacting with multi-discipline groups including suppliers.


The team is currently seeking to fill Campus Programs fulltime entry-level and Summer 2024 internship positions that may be in either Tucson, AZ or Huntsville, AL or McKinney, TX or Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA or Andover, MA or Portsmouth, RI or El Segundo, CA or Goleta, CA, if available.


NOTE: Campus Programs entry level positions require 12 months or less of relevant professional work
experience (excluding internships).


Basic Qualifications:

• Majors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM major.

• Experience or coursework with one ormore of the following: RF, Analog, Digital Electronics, Mixed
Signal, Circuit Design or Analysis, Power Electronics, VHDL, FPGA, Electrical Components, Digital
Signal Processing, Signal Processing Software – GPU programming with CUDA, Electromagnetics,
or PCB design.

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S.
citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
