Webinar - This is My Story: Staff of Color Experiences at the University of Michigan
Staff of color at U-M perform critical work to “make Blue go,” however they also face a number of unique challenges related to their surviving and thriving at work. This event will present the findings of a research study that critically examines how race and racism are operationalized in the workplace at U-M and how they impact the career success of staff of color. A panel discussion with U-M institutional leaders will follow and staff-focused DEI 2.0 central action items will be highlighted.
