Join us for lunch from The Produce Station on Thursday, October 26, 11:30a-12:30p to hear about business entity formation from student-attorneys in the University of Michigan Law School's Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic. They will provide an introduction to various types of business entities and considerations for you to keep in mind when deciding which entity is right for you. They will also share the basic steps for forming a business entity.
