Kaleidoscope: Undergraduate Diversity Program - Virtual 2024

The L.E.K. Consulting Undergraduate Diversity Program is an opportunity for undergraduate students to learn more about strategy management consulting as a career path.

This program will be held virtually and feature opportunities to:
• Attend seminars about what a career as an Associate looks like at L.E.K.
• Network with L.E.K. Associates, Consultants, Managers and Managing Directors through a series of panels and small group sessions
• Participate in practice case interviews
• Connect with Mosaic@LEK, one of our employee resource groups

Our application criteria is below:
• Current sophomore or junior, who plans to graduate in spring/summer 2025 or 2026, and identifies as Black, Hispanic/Latinx or Indigenous (Native American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, Inuit, Métis and First Nations)
• Outstanding academic performance
• Strong leadership and team skills
• Energized by solving tough problems and driving real impact
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Participants will receive a guaranteed first round interview for the Associate or Summer Associate role to take place during our campus recruiting season. Participants will also be paired with a mentor from Mosaic@LEK to stay in touch throughout the spring and summer andserve as a resource to practice casing and prepare for interviews.
