The purpose of this event is to provide guidance and information to collegiate students about the hiring process for becoming a transportation engineer at Caltrans-DES while highlighting career opportunities through civil engineers who encompass what it means to build a better California infrastructure. Students will hear from the industry's top engineering practitioners about the application process, interview scoring and career qualifications.
