FoolMoon is coming back to Ann Arbor with light-filled art, creative experiences and Foolish fun! This year's theme, FoolBloom, will bring spring to Ann Arbor with snapDRAGONS, EYErises, TIGER lillies, and other fantastical flowers created by YOU to light up the night.
