The Ignite Internship Program is an 11-week, full-time, hybrid experience that offers a sneak peek into the world of insurance. Level up your skills and knowledge by diving into your business area of choice. Throughout the program, you’ll get a feel for the corporate environment with on-the-job assignments, team projects, exposure to senior leadership & executives, and even a community volunteer day. All of this and more will help you build meaningful relationships throughout the organization. Our Ignite Intern program is open to current college students only, however, we also have opportunities for non-students to join us as seasonal summer hires.
