During our virtual office hour connect with a member of our team where you can receive support regarding navigating all things Boston Public Schools, resume, cover letter, and interview support.

First-year teachers earn more than $60,000 and can make well over $90,000 by their sixth year. Teachers in the Boston Public Schools also have access to dedicated support (access to a New Teacher Developer in their first year), exclusive resources (such as reduced tuition at area colleges), and benefits as a member of the Boston Teachers’ Union (BTU).
