The Coalition for Queer People of Color, the Black Student Union & Pedagogy of Action are proud to present HIV and Me: A Community Teach-in and Dialogue.
How much do you know about HIV? At what age did you first learn about the disease? Is it something you think about regularly, or not at all? HIV and Me will seek answers to many of these questions through open and honest dialogue and discussion.
The night will begin with a fun and interactive teach-in by members of the Pedagogy of Action. This will be followed by a community dialogue about people's individual relationships to HIV. Dinner will be provided.
This event is in collaboration with World AIDS Week, as well as AIDS in Black and Brown.
