Investors of Tomorrow offers a unique learning opportunity forundergraduate students currently in their sophomore year. A virtual paneldiscussion on Thursday, January 11 from 6:00-7:15 pm EST will bring to life the work and personal experiences of members across the Bain Capital platform; and will explore the various paths to becoming an investor.
As a follow-up to this webinar session, we will be inviting a small groupof students to our Boston office for half-a-day of programming followed by dinner on Thursday, January 25. This in-person opportunity will give selected participants direct exposure to investment professionals across theBain Capital platform. Team members from a variety of backgrounds will lead sessions and content, offering a first-hand view of what it means to be an investor at Bain Capital. This is fully sponsored by Bain Capital –including travel to our Boston office and accommodations for those requiring it.
To register for the January 11 panel discussion and to be considered for the in-person programming on January 25:
• Please submit your Workday registration no later than Tuesday, January 2, by 11:59 pm EST
• In addition to submitting your Workday application, we ask that youalso complete this brief online assessment* with our partners at the Predictive Index so that we can learn a bit more about your ability to processcomplex information.
*The assessment is broken-up into two sections – an untimed Behavioral Assessment, which measures work and communicationneeds, and a timed 12-minute Cognitive Assessment measuring a person’scapacity to learn, adapt and grasp new concepts. Please set aside a total of 15-20 undisturbed minutes to complete both assessments. Once you complete the Behavioral Assessment, Predictive Index will email you a separate link to complete the timed Cognitive Assessment (this is a different link than the one above). Please check your spam folder if you do not immediately receive the second link or reach out to Sam Parlato with any questions. Feel free to check out this practice test which has been designed to familiarize you with the PI Cognitive Assessment process.
Additional information, including webinar links and invites to our in-person session will be sent out as soon as possible.
