Building off of the arm balance workshop from February, Chelsea will help you take those arm balances to the next level and work your way into inversion practice! Learn powerful and effective techniques that can make even the most challenging transitions and inversions seem approachable. Chelsea will share her knowledge of anatomy to help you understand how to activate musculature and align bone structure (scaffolding) for maximum efficiency when approaching static postures such as chinstand, headstand, shoulderstand, forearmstand, and handstand. This workshop will implement a ground-up approach, first learning to find 'a-line-ment' in a supported way before integrating strength training drills to develop muscle memory, leading up to deeper expressions of the posture.
