Are you worried you're not ready for the "real world" yet? 6 Things WIT Should Know Before Their First Day on the Job focuses onempowering women entering the tech workforce by providing them with the tools they need to be successful in their career from day one. Nina Joseph, Senior Software Engineer, will walk you through 6 research-based and experience-driven tips that any engineer can use to hit the ground running and avoid falling prey to imposter syndrome. There will be time for Q&A at the end with Nina as well.
