Sophomore Summit is a 2-Day career immersion program that provides current Sophomores with the opportunity to learn about Marsh McLennan’s Global Finance organization. Over the course of 2 days at our Midtown Manhattan office, participants will gain exposure to various Global Finance career paths, network and learn from members and leaders of ourFinance teams and participate in team building activities. We are excitedto offer this Sophomore Summit program to support rising Juniors (graduating May 2026) who are interested in building a career in Global Finance.
