UM student poets will compete for a spot on the poetry slam team which will represent the University of Michigan at the College Unions Poetry Slam Invitational in New York. Come to watch or participate. This event will also feature Mike Rosen (see bio at campusinvolvement.umich.edu).

Saturday, January 12th

Doors open at 5:30 pm, program begins at 6:00 pm
Cost is $3 to support the UM Poetry Team

Mike Rosen will also host a workshop to help a small group of students perfect their writing. Come take advantage of this opportunity to learn from a national champion.
