Anantha Kancherla
Vice President of ADAS Software, General Motors
Anantha has worked for General Motors since December 2023. Prior to General Motors, Anantha worked for Meta. There he led the AI Platform team that built PyTorch and launched the AI Research SuperCluster which is among the fastest AI clusters in the world. Prior to Meta, he was at Lyft’s self-driving division where he led the software for their self-driving car efforts. There he was responsible for all the software that ran in the car as well as the infrastructure in the cloud.

Leah Fernandez
Manager, Digital Accessibility & Tech for Good, L’Oréal
Leah joined L’Oréal in 2022 to lead the Digital Accessibility initiative for Zone Americas. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Human-Centered Design, Business and Psychology from Brandeis University and a CPACC (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies) certification from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP). Leah is motivated to challenge and redress social inequalities and has worked in research, policy and practice capacities acrossaccessibility contexts.

Amna Pervez
Lead HRBP, Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, Handshake
Amna is not only a career switcher, but also a non-traditional student. She started her professional journey in the beauty industry and transitioned to tech in 2015. Amna has worked at public and private companies, has been in leadership roles as well as an individual contributor, and currently supports the careers of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers at Handshake.
