French Conversation

This class will be taught by a native French speaker. The discussion will be in French, covering current events and assignments such as reading blogs on the Internet. We will
continue reading "La Chasse Est Ouverte" (French edition), by Linda Howard, a contemporary mystery novel. Since the class is conducted in French, a prerequisite is the ability to speak a reasonable amount of French gained through previous study.

Intermediate and Advanced German Conversation

This is a continuation of the course from Fall 2012, but newcomers are welcome. The emphasis will be on speaking and conversation. Please check OLLI web site for text information. Renate Gerulaitis is a professor emeritus of German Language and Literature at Oakland University.
