Using the technique of positivity, you’ll learn to see new possibilities, to bounce back from setbacks, connect with others, and create a healthier, more vibrant, and flourishing life. We will read and discuss Barbara Fredrickson’s book, "Positivity", a most unusual self-help book that is based on cutting-edge research. Dr. Fredrickson draws on science to explain why positivity is more important than happiness; how it relieves depression, broadens minds, and builds lives; and she gives us tools to tap into our own sources of positivity. Mike Murray is a licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in Positive Psychology.
