This workshop will focus on the steps of the interactive process under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Participants will learn how the ADA Team's accessibility specialists facilitate a positive dialogue with employees and units to navigate reasonable accommodation requests and implementation in the workplace. We'll review the answers to the most frequently asked questions about the interactive process and you can engage with ADA Team members to ask your own!
