A talk by Ming Xu, Assistant Professor, School of Natural Resources and the Environment, Dept. of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Michigan. China has contributed significantly to the increase of global CO2 emissions in the past couple of decades. In this presentation, Professor Xu will discuss how to measure such emissions embodied in trade and its implications on global climate governance.
