Presenter: Victoria Budson, Director of the Women and Public Policy Program at the Harvard University's J.F. Kennedy School of Government
Victoria Budson will facilitate a lunch discussion on how women can navigate successful careers in academia including strategies and tools for advancement. She will also share research on the importance of cultivating a diverse faculty for organizational excellence and contributions to student experience.
