David Levinson

David Levinson leads hiring and performance initiatives for Teach For America’s recruitment team.David started his career as a corps member in New York, teaching 6th and7th graders in all subjects. At the end of his teaching tenure, he was selected as a regional finalist for the national Sue Lehmann Award for Excellent Teaching, given to top second year teachers in the organization. Hethen worked as a Director of Teacher Leadership Development in the New York City and Miami regions, where he managed a caseload of TFA partner schools and coached between 30-50 corps members yearly.

Paloma Thombley is a HR leader and business partner professional with experience in rapidly growing startups, established tech, and public sector employment. As the leader of the People and Talent functions, she has helped to scale Handshake from 160 employees to 675+ employees across multiple countries.
