Chronic pain is common. Changes in the structure and function of the brain
are thought to underlie chronic pain. The principles underlying building pain
resilience and engaging in more rewarding self-management are
surprisingly universal. Many of the strategies can be adopted by anyone
who wants to create a life that feels more gratifying, interesting, and
meaningful. Join us to explore how doing simple often fun activities can
radically improve both our physical and mental health and life satisfaction.
