Anya Hinkle is an Asheville-based songwriter, steeped in the tones of roots and folk and seasoned by travels across the world. 2019 Merlefest Chris Austin Song Contest winner, No Depression calls her 2021 release Eden and Her Borderlands “...one of roots music’s gems so far this year.” She tours extensively across the US, Japan & Europe and releases her newest effort, OCEANIA, in 2024 on Red Parlor Records. Anya will be joined on stage by The Billy Sea, a trio of virtuosos who blend global sounds with Appalachian roots music, who will also be opening the show.
