Procter & Gamble Employer Challenge
The Procter & Gamble Employer Challenge is hosted by the University Career Center! Applications are being accepted through Sunday,March 24th. APPLY NOW!
Procter and Gamble is a company of some of the world’s most recognized brands. The company’s slogan “Touching Lives, Improving Life'' could not be more accurate as their brands reach over 5 Billion consumers throughout 180 countries. Procter and Gamble's brands play a key role in the way we live our lives, from your home cleaning process to your personal cleansing routine.
For this Employer Challenge, you are a Procter and Gamble employee working internally with a team in the Market Strategy and Planning group. You will be asked to develop a consumer-driven recommendation for how Procter and Gamble can better capture multicultural shoppers in a retail environment.

Here's how Employer Challenges work:
Apply for this Employer Challenge with a team of 2-4 UM Ann Arbor Undergraduate students. You will be notified of your acceptance no later than Tuesday, March 26th.
CASE DISTRIBUTION: Wednesday, March 27th - Your team will receive all case materials to begin the Employer Challenge.
EMPLOYER OFFICE HOURS: Friday, March 29th from 12pm-12:30pm -At least 1 member from each team will attend this session to clarify any questions needed as your team is developing their presentation.
DURING THE WEEK: March 27th - April 5th - Student teams will develop a 5-minute pitch that addresses the Procter and Gamble case study.
FINAL CASE PRESENTATIONS: Friday, April 5th (time slots will be scheduled between 1:00 pm-3:30 pm)
- Student teams will give their 5-minute pitch to the Procter and Gamble reps via Zoom! (Please join the Zoom link 5 minutes before your scheduled presentation time and you will be placed in a waiting room until your presentation time)
- Teams will engage in Q and A with Procter and Gamble reps and receive feedback for 10 minutes on the content of the presentation, creativity, and overall presentation skills
- Resumes of participating students will be forwarded to the Procter and Gamble team
THE FOLLOWING WEEK - The winning team will be announced!
